Our Team

Maud is the Founding and Managing Director of Moribo Holding Company. She has a combined experience of over 14 years in banking and the Real Estate and Housing Developments environments, with the majority of this being in the banking industry. Outside the banking industry, Maud has more than 10years of experience in both Community Relations and Marketing and Sales environments.

Maud is a qualified Debt Counsellor coupled with qualifications in Communications, Marketing and PR, Project Management – in both the built environment and general projects. Her vast experience ranging from running her own enterprises, to real estate franchising and banking has equipped her to handle multiple entities with flair.

Gerhard is the CEO of theCompass Debt Management Solutions, an in-house DC service offered to clients requiring this service. He is an admitted attorney of the High Court since 2003 and a registered and practising DC. Prior to joining the Moribo stable, Gerhard managed his own DC company in East London – a company that still has over 3000 clients on its books. For the years 2014 and 2015 Gerhard was nominated as the most trustworthy DC in the country. He serves as an Executive Member of the Debt Counselling Association of South Africa.

Thabani is the Operations Director of Moribo Financial Wellness Company. He is a registered Debt Counsellor with a combined 15 years’ experience spread across debt counselling, financial advice and financial training industries. A seasoned training facilitator, Thabani's focus is mainly on offering training on financial literacy and retiring financially fit modules.

Tania is the COO of Moribo Holdings. She has a National Diploma Small Business Management, B-Tech degree in Business administration, B-Com Business administration and MBA from Rhodes Investec Business school with her full Thesis completed in Leadership Development, Prince 2 Project Management certification as well as Togaf 9 Enterprise architecture certification. On completion of her studies Tania worked for a global company as their Professional Services Manager, running their project office and several customer based PMO’s. She then moved on to Organizational Development and Leadership Development for a variety of large organisations.

Chuene is a Director in theCompass Debt and Management Solutions Company. A registered and practising Debt Counsellor with 8 years’ experience in the industry, Chuene has a string of qualifications in the Sales and Marketing environment, Public Relations and Finance. She has 9 years’ experience in the Funeral Industry and Customer Service Management and is FIAS accredited. A turnaround strategist and a great negotiator, she is a Motivational Public Speaker focusing on the Empowerment of Women. Chuene is on the verge of completing her Bcom (Law) degree.
